Return Policy

We're confident that you will be 100% satisfied with every piece of jewelry we make. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the day you received it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Custom jewelry is not returnable due to the specific nature of the piece. 

Returned pieces must be in their original, new  condition. Please note that custom orders,  altered pieces and engraved or sized items are final orders and may not be returned or exchanged. All returned jewelry must be in the original box.
